INGREDIENTS

5 eggs

16g baking powder

200g powdered sugar (1 1/2 cups)

200g butter (3/4150 cups)

50g potato starch

300g flour (2 cups)

a pinch of salt

150g of yogurt (1 cup)

vanilla

Directions


1. Put the ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix for 3 minutes.

3. Pour the batter into a cake mold (22cm)

4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes (360°F)
