White almond wedding cake
Ingredients
1 (18.25 oz) white cake mix packaging
1 cup multipurpose flour
1 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Egg White
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 ° F (165 ° C). Grease and flour cake frying pan 11 × 13 inches.
Stir together in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour into water, sour cream, vegetable oil, almond extracts, vanilla and egg whites, whisk with a low electric mix until all ingredients are mixed and moisturized but some lumps remain for 4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan, bake in the preheated oven until the top is light golden brown and a toothpick in the centre of the cake comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let it cool before frost.
