Tortilla-style fried vegetables
Ingredients and Directions
1 round zucchini
1 red eggplant
Fresh mushrooms
peppers
Carrots
3 eggs
fresh garlic
Start cutting the vegetables into strips and cubes. Everything remains to cook the right food at the right time because each cooking is different. So carrots and peppers first, then zucchini and eggplant, mushrooms last. Once everything is almost cooked, beat the eggs with a little milk and sparkling water (it swells) then finish cooking in the oven.
