Ingredients
dough
Flour (4 cups)
Half a cup of oil
Yogurt box
One tablespoon of baking yeast
A teaspoon of sugar
Teaspoon salt
an egg
warm water
Directions
In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients first, then the liquid, and knead until we get a soft dough.
Leave it aside to ferment for an hour.
The dough is formed longitudinally in the form of boats, then pierced with a fork.
Filling
As desired, tomato sauce or white sauce, meat or vegetables, tomatoes and olives, cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).
Stuffing is placed in the middle as desired.
The sides are folded as shown in the pictures.
Brush the folded edges with an egg mixed with a little milk.
Sesame or black seed can be sprinkled on the bent sides as desired.
Place in a preheated oven, for 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden in color.
