My passion for chicken pot pie was born. But, as I grew into adulthood, I realized the comfort dish I love is actually quite simple to make from scratch. I didn’t need to rely on the boxed version anymore. I also found that chicken pot pie doesn’t involve a lot of hard-to-pronounce ingredients or complicated steps. Now, I’m even more of a fan. Your family will love this recipe so much.
Ingredients
3 cups of cooked chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken
1 bag frozen veggies (3 cups veggies)
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cans of Pillsbury biscuits (5 counts)
Grease pan
How To Make Chicken Pot Pie Bake
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes Mix ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly in the pan
Then cut the biscuits into quarters. Toss in 2 tbsp melted butter and spread evenly on top.
I baked until the top of the biscuits was crispy and the mixture was bubbling! cheap and easy.
